Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System

Your job

• You will lead the design, implementation, and support of Blue Yonder (BY) WMS solutions across enterprise warehouse environments.
• You should drive end-to-end WMS implementations including requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, customization, and deployment.
• You will develop and implement custom functionalities within BY WMS using MOCA, Oracle PL/SQL, and related technologies.
• Design and manage integrations, batch processes, and solution architecture to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with supply chain and warehouse management processes.
• Contribute to RFP responses, solution proposals, and project estimations to support business growth.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, status updates, and solution demonstrations to customers and stakeholders.

Capabilities

• You must have experience delivering at least 4–5 end-to-end implementations of Blue Yonder (BY) WMS or extensive warehouse management system support.
• You should have strong stakeholder and customer management skills with the ability to manage expectations and conduct regular reviews.
• Experience driving delivery-led growth and supporting revenue generation initiatives.
• Expertise in customizing BY WMS models including MOCA and custom operation plan release mechanisms.
• You must have hands-on functional and technical experience in Blue Yonder WMS implementations.
• Experience developing custom functionalities and integrations within BY WMS.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
