Your job
- You will analyze supply chain and operations data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Ability to develop and implement predictive models, optimization algorithms, and machine learning solutions for supply chain decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics requirements, problem statements, and KPIs.
- Perform data preprocessing, integration, and transformation for accurate and reliable analysis.
- You will create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate insights effectively to business teams.
- Support decision-making for inventory management, demand forecasting, logistics, and procurement processes.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of analytics solutions in production environments.
Capabilities
- You must have strong experience in data science and analytics applied to Supply Chain & Operations, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics analytics.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques for supply chain problem solving.
- You must have hands-on experience in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- You should be skilled in data integration, ETL processes, and working with large-scale supply chain datasets.
- Ability to develop end-to-end analytics solutions, from data collection and preprocessing to modeling and actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, KPIs, and operational metrics.
- Experience in communicating complex analytics results to business stakeholders and supporting decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business leaders.
Qualifications
MBA from Tier 1 institute/Master’s degree
