Your job

  • You should have a Strategic Mindset to shape innovative, fact-based strategies and operating models
  • You will demonstrate strong issue-based problem-solving skills to decode and solve complex and unstructured business problems.
  • You should have Business Acumen to drive actionable outcomes for clients with the latest industry trends, innovations and disruptions, metrics and value drivers
  • You should have client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders
  • An excellent, established track record for selling and delivering consulting engagements.
  • You should have Strategy consulting experience in Corporate Strategy/Restructuring, Growth Strategy, Market Entry / Market Expansion, Pricing and Commercial Model Design, Sales Acceleration / Transformation, Operating Model Design, Business Case development, Digital or AI led business transformation

Capabilities

  • You must have an understanding of the technology stack, from infrastructure through business logic and applications.
  • You must have knowledge of Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Security Architecture, Microservices Architecture, SOA, and API Architecture.
  • You should have knowledge of major technologies (from legacy to emerging) and demonstrate a passion for technology trends such as IoT, Mobility, Cloud, Digital, and Collaboration.
  • Practical use of Enterprise Architecture tools such as Troux, Mega, Alfabet, Archimate, etc. and end to end project delivery lifecycle desirable
  • Experience in designing or building end to end cloud-based business solutions desirable
  • IT process excellence, operating model design and transformation
  • Exposure to industry frameworks e.g., TOGAF, DODAF desirable but not essential
  • You should have practical industry expertise across Financial Services, Retail, consumer goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources is of interest but experience in equivalent domains is also welcomed.
