Your job

  • You will lead end-to-end process excellence workstreams, including As-Is process mapping (L1–L4), maturity assessments, gap analysis and To-Be process design across RTR, PTP, OTC, Fixed Assets and Product Costing, with AI-enabled process flows.
  • Drive Finance process transformation by identifying and designing AI use cases across OTC, PTP and RTR, including Fixed Assets and Product Costing, and prioritize interventions based on measurable business impact.
  • You will design future-state operating models for GBS and Shared Services, covering organizational structure, process scope, SLA frameworks and governance mechanisms.
  • Lead Agentic AI and GenAI solution design and delivery, with hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-powered solutions while working closely with FDEs, AI/Data Engineers and automation specialists within design and development pods.
  • You will architect Finance AI solutions by translating Finance process requirements into functional specifications for development teams and acting as a bridge between Finance SMEs and technical developers.
  • You will leverage your AI fluency across LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain and AutoGen to evaluate AI model outputs for Finance use cases and identify fit-for-purpose AI approaches across different processes.

Capabilities

  • You should have 7–10 years of Strategy Consulting experience with a leading consulting firm.
  • You must have 3+ years of experience in developing quantitative and qualitative business cases to support strategic business initiatives and Data & AI transformation programs.
  • You should have 4+ years of experience designing and piloting end-to-end Enterprise AI and Gen AI strategic solutions using cloud and non-cloud platforms such as Google Vertex and Gemini, Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot, Amazon Bedrock, IBM Watson, DataRobot, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of Traditional AI, Gen AI, Agentic AI and Advanced Cognitive methods to derive actionable insights and business outcomes.
  • Experience in leveraging Agentic AI to enable autonomous decision-making and adaptive workflows across strategic initiatives for clients.
  • You should have 3+ years of experience leading or managing large teams, including planning and structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, developing Data & AI strategy recommendations and developing Proofs of Concept (POCs).
  • Mandatory knowledge of IT and Enterprise Architecture concepts through practical experience, along with an understanding of technology trends including Mobility, Cloud, Digital and Collaboration.
