Your job

  • You will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack web applications across both front-end and back-end layers.
  • You will build responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, translating UX/UI designs into production-ready code.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and microservices that are well-documented, versioned, scalable, and easy to consume.
  • You will model, query, and optimize relational and NoSQL data stores to ensure data integrity, reliability, and performance at scale.
  • You will own features end-to-end, covering requirements gathering, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release monitoring.
  • You should write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code and actively participate in peer code reviews and pair programming.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated test suites to enable frequent, reliable, and high-quality software releases.
  • You will containerize and deploy services using Docker and Kubernetes across major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Ensure application security, observability, and performance through effective logging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and proactive optimization.
  • You will collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team, actively contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering standards, reusable components, best practices, and technical decision-making.
  • You will diagnose and resolve production issues, drive root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes to improve application reliability and stability.

Capabilities

  • You must have 7+ years of professional experience building and delivering full-stack web applications.
  • You must have strong proficiency in a modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue, along with solid fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • You should have strong back-end development experience in one or more of Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, Python, .NET, or Go.
  • You must have proven experience designing, building, and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs and microservices.
  • You should have solid working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases, including technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • You must have hands-on experience with Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and at least one major cloud platform.
  • You should have demonstrated experience delivering software in Agile and Scrum environments.
  • You must have a strong automated testing discipline, with experience across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
