Your job

  • You will lead and scale AI/ML initiatives across the organization, driving innovation and adoption of Generative AI solutions.
  • You will define AI strategy, roadmap, and execution plans to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions with measurable impact.
  • Ability to build and mentor high-performing AI teams, fostering a culture of research excellence and innovation.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to integrate AI solutions across cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
  • You should ensure best practices in MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, and AI system security.
  • You should stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and evaluate their potential for strategic advantage.

Capabilities

  • You must have 12–15+ years of technology leadership experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML and Generative AI.
  • You must have a proven track record in building and scaling AI teams and Centers of Excellence (COEs), and commercializing AI products from research to market.
  • You should have deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and modern AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
  • Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI) for deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions.
  • You should have a strong understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD for ML, and security best practices in AI systems.

Qualifications

Ph.D. from a top-tier institute (IIT, IISc, MIT, Stanford, etc.) in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
