Your job
- You will conduct solution walkthroughs and playback sessions with key stakeholders to validate requirements and solution designs.
- You should drive Train-the-Trainer sessions to enable internal teams and end users.
- You will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Hypercare, and assist in identifying and resolving defects.
- You should communicate effectively with clients in a multinational and cross-cultural environment.
- You will collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth solution implementation and delivery.
- You should demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to go beyond assigned responsibilities to achieve project goals and timelines.
Capabilities
- You should be an experienced Business Consultant with expertise in the Kinaxis RapidResponse application and strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes.
- You should be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting testing activities, and delivering end-user training.
- You will collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Integration Architects/teams to design and implement effective solutions aligned with business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
