Your job

  • As an Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting your team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities
  • Your responsibilities Configures all elements of the Kronos application to include: Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Scheduling, WIMs, Attendance, Access Profiles, etc.
  • Accountable for gathering and analyzing business requirement specifications, measurements, data mappings, policies, business procedures, etc. as well as transforming them into creative solutions within the system
  • Liaises with the Labor Relations team to review Collective Bargaining Agreements and update Kronos configuration to accommodate new union rules and regulations
  • Generates reports and analytics of the Kronos data for internal and external customers using existing or developing new SQL queries or creating new standard Kronos reports using Visual Studio
  • Defines technical standards and standard operating procedures for application configuration to ensure clear communication of system setup needs to the Payroll and Time Evaluators

Capabilities

  • You should have 5 years’ experience working with Time and Attendance or Payroll systems with at least two years of new implementation experience
  • Strong Kronos Workforce Central product knowledge and configuration expertise with a focus on Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, Attendance Policy, Access Profiles, and Device Management modules respectively
  • Experience working with Kronos-delivered APIs for updating Configuration, People and Timecard data
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
