Your job
- You will configure, manage, and troubleshoot network switches, VLANs, and Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) in large enterprise environments.
- Implement and manage network security controls, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, while following best practices to safeguard the network.
- You should design, configure, and manage Cisco ACI fabrics for data center automation, segmentation, and centralized management.
- Deploy and manage hardware or software load balancers to ensure optimal performance and availability of critical applications.
Capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Cisco ACI, including architecture, design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience with Cisco switches (Catalyst, Nexus) and advanced switching protocols such as VLAN, STP, and VTP.
- In-depth knowledge of network security technologies, including firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet), VPNs, IPS/IDS, and security best practices.
- Experience with hardware and software load balancers such as F5, Citrix NetScaler, or equivalent solutions.
- Responsible for troubleshooting, optimizing, and ensuring the stability of complex network environments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
