Your job
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of BPM and Intelligent Automation (IA) solutions across Supply Chain & Operations processes.
- Identify automation opportunities through process analysis, mapping, and re-engineering to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee end-to-end automation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, and SCM.
- Manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders, providing guidance, governance, and ensuring timely delivery of automation programs.
- Define operating models, KPIs, and governance frameworks for BPM and IA adoption across the organization.
- Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and training to ensure successful adoption of automation solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging BPM and automation technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance SC&O processes.
Capabilities
- Strong experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and Intelligent Automation (IA) within Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) environments.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end BPM solutions leveraging IA technologies.
- Hands-on experience with process automation tools, including RPA platforms, workflow management, and orchestration tools.
- Expertise in process analysis, process mapping, and process re-engineering to identify automation opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of integration between BPM platforms and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SCM).
- Experience in driving automation initiatives at scale, managing multiple stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to define governance frameworks, KPIs, and operating models for BPM and IA implementations.
- Excellent project management, change management, and stakeholder communication skills to ensure successful program delivery.
- Familiarity with cloud-based BPM/automation solutions and emerging technologies in SC&O is preferred.
Qualifications
MBA from Tier 1 institute/Master’s degree
