SRE Engineer

Your job

• Develop and maintain scripts using Python or PowerShell for automation and monitoring tasks.
• Administer Dynatrace for application and infrastructure monitoring.
• Integrate systems using platforms such as MQ, APIC, and other middleware solutions.
• Manage and configure ServiceNow, leveraging fundamentals, administrator, or developer-level certifications.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Ansible or Terraform to enable automated deployments and configuration management.

Capabilities

• Ability to detect and escalate incidents using Dynatrace dashboards.
• Experience using ServiceNow for analytics, reporting, CMDB, and ITOM modules.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and infrastructure components to assess user impact.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows and Unix issues and write basic scripts or commands.
• Effective communication skills during incident and problem management calls.
• Knowledge of Autosys batch management and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of relational databases with the ability to write basic SQL queries.
• ServiceNow fundamentals or administrative knowledge is preferred.
• Awareness of DevOps practices and tools for reliability and automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
