Your job
- You will lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects across Digital, Core Banking, Data, Cloud, and Integration platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
- You will establish delivery plans, track milestones, manage risks, and implement best practices, automation, and engineering standards.
- Oversee application architecture, integrations, APIs, and platform dependencies to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure readiness for development, testing, UAT, performance testing, production deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- You will drive the adoption of cloud, automation, DevOps, and CI/CD practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with business, architecture, testing, security, infrastructure, compliance, and vendor teams for seamless execution.
- Communicate project status, dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks to senior leadership, ensuring delivery outcomes meet business objectives.
Capabilities
- You must have a strong understanding of IT delivery processes, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps pipelines.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, data engineering, and application security.
- You should have excellent program governance, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technology programs with cross-functional dependencies and complex interdependencies.
- You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a risk-based approach to decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with technical architects, developers, testers, and business teams to ensure seamless delivery of technology solutions.
Qualifications
