Your job

• You will define and implement test automation strategies for UI, backend (APIs, gRPC), database, and infrastructure layers.
• You should design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web (AngularJS), desktop (ElectronJS), Node.js, GoLang, and gRPC services.
• You will integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GCP/GKE) and manage automated test environments.
• Ability to lead and mentor QA/automation teams, promoting best practices and evaluating new testing technologies.
• You will collaborate with QA and development teams to prioritize critical test cases and ensure end-to-end test coverage.
• You will implement reporting and analytics, track quality metrics, and validate databases and backend protocols.
• You should apply QA principles, test data management, and mocking/stubbing strategies to ensure maintainable frameworks.

Capabilities

• You must have hands-on experience in NMS/EMS, network simulation/emulation, L1/L2 testing, and embedded testing.
• You will design, implement, and manage end-to-end test automation frameworks for EMS/NMS applications for Optical/RF devices.
• You must have expertise in L2/L3 protocols, interoperability testing, and traffic generation tools.
• Ability to lead and mentor automation engineers, ensuring best practices and high-quality test coverage.
• Strong knowledge of test automation strategies, CI/CD integration, and performance testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
